Booking and Payment

There is a non-refundable $150 deposit due at booking to secure your class date and time. This will go towards your final balance due, which will be charged to the credit card on file 3-5 days before your class.
Additional travel fees may apply depending on the class location.

If you’ve already paid your final invoice, cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled class are eligible for a 50% refund. This does not include the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled class are non-refundable.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will not be refunded.

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days in advance.
We will confirm your group’s final expected headcount in the 1-2 weeks prior to your booking. If anyone drops after your final invoice has been processed, we will not be able to accommodate partial refunds. This gives us enough time to ensure we have enough equipment and can appropriately staff your class. Please notify us if your group size has changed ASAP.

Classes are roughly 45 minutes long and are led by a certified instructor.
Per state law, clients are responsible for providing their own Prosecco or celebratory beverage of choice. We will provide plastic champagne flutes for each participant.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have proper workout attire and hydration.

By participating in a Pushups & Prosecco class, all attendees acknowledge the risks associated with physical activity.
Pushups & Prosecco and its instructors are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise before, during, or after the class.
Participants are required to sign a liability waiver before class begins.

In the event of inclement or extreme weather, outdoor classes may be relocated indoors (if available).

We strive to create a fun and inclusive environment. Any inappropriate behavior toward instructors or other participants may result in immediate dismissal from the class without a refund.
Excessive intoxication before or during class may result in removal from participation.
