What's included in the experience?
The Pushups + Prosecco experience includes:
- A private workout hosted at your rental.
- Programming customized for your group depending on your preferences and desired intensity level.
- Custom playlist tailored to your group’s taste.
- We provide all equipment including specialized mats and resistance bands.
- Complimentary prosecco toast following the workout for participants 21+. Non-alcoholic options available upon request.

How is this different from a gym/studio workout class?
Pushups & Prosecco classes are totally private — meaning we come to you! We tailor the workout to your group’s preferences, whether you’re looking to take it easy and sweat out the hangover or you’re wanting to crank up the intensity. We’ll also bring a curated playlist to fire up your group! After the workout, we’ll celebrate your hard work with a complimentary glass of bubbly for participants aged 21+.

Do you bring the equipment?
Yes! You just need to bring your body and an open mind. We bring all necessary equipment, including mats and booty bands. No need to pack sneakers, either. We ask that you do the workout barefoot or in socks to preserve the integrity of our specialized workout mats.

What kind of workout will we be doing?
Pushups & Prosecco offers five class types: Signature Strength, Pilates Sculpt, Power Flow Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, or Yoga Sculpt! You’ll select which class you’d like to take when you book your class, and you’ll also specify the intensity level your group is going for so that we can create a totally custom experience for your group.

Where do the workouts happen?
Pushups & Prosecco comes to you! Not sure if your rental has enough space? Feel free to send us a link to your rental and we can make a recommendation. We’ve hosted pretty much everywhere and can bring the party no matter what.

How long is the workout? (And why is the booking window 90 minutes long?)
Our workouts typically range from 40-50 minutes. This duration depends on a number of factors including your group’s requested intensity-level at booking, how everyone is actually feeling that day, etc. They’ll always check in when they arrive to see how everyone’s feeling, but you’re always welcome to communicate with your instructor if you have a specific duration request.
