Our class programming is tailored to the intensity level your group is going for, and we’ll crank a custom playlist to keep the vibes going. Choose between one of 4 classes:

We offer modifications for all fitness levels, and we’re fully supportive if you need to hold a 10 minute child’s pose while the Liquid IV kicks in. After the workout, we’ll celebrate your hard work with a complimentary prosecco toast! (It’s in the name, after all).

OUR CLASSES
You deserve to feel cute, comfortable, and celebrated. We curate classes suited for everyone, no matter where you are on your fitness journey.
A. Pilates Sculpt
She may look gentle, but she’s spicy as hell. Our Pilates Sculpt class is a low-impact workout intended to strengthen and lengthen your body from head to toe. We’ll flow through a series of targeted full-body movements using just your bodyweight, and help you push through the infamous “Pilates Shake” with the sound of that bottle popping.
B. Strength
Our OG class is a custom, circuit-based strength workout that hits every major muscle group. You can expect to work your upper body, lower body, plus dedicated circuits to target glutes and abs. The best part? We’ll program it to match the intensity level your group is going for, and we’ll offer modifications for everything. Some movements will leverage booty bands to spice things up, but as always, you’re welcome to twerk it out on the mat if you want to get away with skipping a set.
C. Power Flow Yoga
A dynamic session tailored to your group’s fitness level and preferences. Whether you’re looking for a sweaty and stretchy experience, a more relaxed (read: hangover-friendly) vibe, or an upbeat and energizing flow, this class will leave you feeling empowered, connected, and ready to climb some honky tonk stairs!
C. Yoga Sculpt
The best of both worlds: This unique fusion blends the power of yoga with targeted strength training intervals. The class will begin with a warm up into a power flow sequence of postures, then lead into a section of interval training with bodyweight and resistance bands. As the class progresses, we’ll seamlessly transition into a sequence of restorative and recovery postures as we pop the bubbly! Expect to get your heart rate up, sweat, recharge, and leave feeling balanced and ready to party.
D. Slow Flow Yoga
Hit it a little too hard last night? This slower-paced class pairs gentle movement with restorative poses designed to help you stretch, soften, and reset. You’ll linger a little longer in each posture, giving your body and mind the space to release stress, recharge, and yes, nurse that hangover.

How is this different from a gym/studio workout class?
Pushups & Prosecco classes are totally private — meaning we come to you! We tailor the workout to your group’s preferences, whether you’re looking to take it easy and sweat out the hangover or you’re wanting to crank up the intensity. We’ll also bring a curated playlist to fire up your group! After the workout, we’ll celebrate your hard work with a complimentary glass of bubbly for participants aged 21+.

Do you bring the equipment?
Yes! You just need to bring your body and an open mind. We bring all necessary equipment, including mats and booty bands. No need to pack sneakers, either. We ask that you do the workout barefoot or in socks to preserve the integrity of our specialized workout mats.
