Our Terms

Booking and Payment

  • $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your class date and time.

  • The remaining balance will be invoiced one day before your scheduled class, based on the final confirmed headcount.

  • Additional travel fees may apply depending on the class location.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you’ve already paid your final invoice, cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled class are eligible for a 50% refund. This does not include the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled class are non-refundable.
  • No-shows and same-day cancellations will not be refunded.

  • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days in advance.

Class Details and Requirements

  • Classes are roughly 45 minutes long and are led by a certified instructor.
  • Each participant over 21 years old will receive a complimentary glass of prosecco after class.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have proper workout attire and hydration.

Liability Waiver

  • By participating in a Pushups + Prosecco class, all attendees acknowledge the risks associated with physical activity.
  • Pushups + Prosecco and its instructors are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise before, during, or after the class.
  • Participants are required to sign a liability waiver before class begins.

Weather and Outdoor Classes

  • In the event of inclement or extreme weather, outdoor classes may be relocated indoors (if available).

Photography and Social Media

  • Pushups + Prosecco may take photos/videos during the class for promotional use.
  • If you prefer not to be included, please notify us before class.

Code of Conduct

  • We strive to create a fun and inclusive environment. Any inappropriate behavior toward instructors or other participants may result in immediate dismissal from the class without a refund.
  • Excessive intoxication before or during class may result in removal from participation.
